Refund Policy
How to Request a Refund
If you purchased a customisation feature and believe you are eligible for a refund (e.g., due to a technical issue or accidental purchase), you can request a refund directly from Apple:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

Sign in with your Apple ID

Find the Hail Taxi purchase you’d like to refund

Choose “Report a Problem” and select the appropriate reason

Submit your request to Apple
Apple will review your request and issue a refund if it meets their refund policy.
Important Notes

Hail Taxi does not have access to your payment or billing information, and cannot issue refunds directly.

All refund decisions are made by Apple, per their terms and conditions.

If you experience any issues with a purchased feature (e.g., it didn’t unlock), please try using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app or contact us at hailtaxiuk@gmail.com.
